We have three very talented and dedicated instructors that have been involved in the horses industry their whole lives! Their main goal is to make your hopes and dreams come true all with your four legged friends!
Jay Wood has been a professional instructor and horse trainer for the past 20 years. Jay believes in starting your horses and young riders with the basics and then building upon their natural strengths and abilities to bring out the best in each individual.
Kendra began riding at the age of 6 at Westwood following in her big brother's footsteps. For the past 12 years, Kendra has spent all of her free time at the barn, learning everything she can about horses and what it takes to ride. She has watched Jay teach multiple times and came to the conclusion she wanted to try her hand at it. She has found a love in watching her riders grow and learn during every lesson!
As a third generation horsewomen, Hailey's life has always revolved around horses. Since 18 months of age she has always been found on the back of a horse. She has watched her grandmother, aunt, mother, and many other amazing instructors teach and also decided to take a hand at it. This is her third year of teaching and she has found a love for helping riders accomplish their goals!
"Seeing riders improve within every lesson is why I do what I do!"
