Lessons and Pricing

At Westwood Farm, we are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for every rider to promote personal growth and build self-esteem. We offer lessons for riders of all levels, starting from age 4, and specialize in the English riding discipline known as Saddleseat.

Lesson Hours: 

Tuesday-Thursday from 3:15pm-7:30pm

Saturdays from 11:30-4pm 

General Policies: 

1. Riding policies: The following policies are established to ensure the safety of both our horses and riders:

• Riders must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Shorts, skirts, dresses, and open-toed shoes are not permitted.
• All students are required to wear a helmet. If you don't have one, we can provide a helmet for you to borrow. Please note that only horseback riding helmets are acceptable.
• We have a weight limit of approximately 215 lbs to ensure the safety of our horses.

 Cancellation Policies: 

To cancel a lesson, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel by phone, email, or in Wix. If we do not receive timely notice, you will be required to pay for the missed lesson.

Rescheduling Policies:

Lessons must be rescheduled at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. You can do so by contacting your instructor.

"No Shows": 

No refunds will be issued for no-show lessons. Notification is required for it to be considered a missed/cancelled lesson. Missed lessons can be rescheduled within 6 days of the original date.
